Return and Exchange Conditions

1-RETURN

In order to exercise the right of return, the Seller must be notified by phone or via WhatsApp (+90 536 706 29 72) within 14 (fourteen) days and the Product(s) to be returned must be unused and suitable for resale by the Seller, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of this Agreement.

2- Problematic Products

For problematic products (defective, torn), the shipping costs belong to the Seller.

3- Cargo Shipping

Shipments sent to us other than our contracted cargo carriers will not be accepted.

4- Return Availability

Returns are available for products that are original and can be offered for resale (excluding accessories). To exercise the right of return, the Seller must be notified via WhatsApp (+90 536 706 29 72) within 14 (fourteen) days.
The Product or Products requested to be returned must be unused and capable of being offered for resale by the Seller, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of this Agreement.

5- Arbitrary Refunds

In case of arbitrary returns (size too small or too big, not liking the product, etc.), the shipping costs belong to the Buyer .

6-Other Conditions

In order to return orders sent via DHL e-Commerce cargo, they must be given to the nearest DHL e-Commerce cargo branch along with the customer number specified below.
